1. General Provisions


   1.1. These Terms regulate the rental of bicycles and electric bicycles (hereinafter: “Equipment”) provided by FAST BIKE (hereinafter: “Rental Provider”).


   1.2. Using the Equipment constitutes full and unconditional agreement of the Client to these Terms.

2. Client Requirements


   2.1. The Client must be at least 18 years old.


   2.2. The Client must provide a valid ID document.


   2.3. Persons under 18 may use the Equipment only with the consent and under the responsibility of an adult.

3. Receiving and Condition of Equipment


   3.1. Equipment is delivered to the Client in proper working condition.


   3.2. The Client must inspect the Equipment before rental and report any damages. By signing the condition form, the Client confirms all damages are recorded and the Equipment is as stated in the form. If the Client notices damages not listed, they must report them before signing.


   3.3. Rental start confirms proper condition of the Equipment.

4. Equipment Use


   The Client is prohibited from:
    – transferring the Equipment to third parties;
    – using it in competitions, tricks, or commercial purposes;
    – carrying passengers (except approved child seats);
    – using the Equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    – violating traffic rules.


   The Client must use the Equipment carefully and according to its intended purpose.

5. Payment and Deposit


   5.1. Rental fees are determined according to the current rate.


   5.2. The Rental Provider may require a deposit (pre-authorization on a credit card) to cover potential damages, rental extension, or other costs. The deposit also covers damages due to client negligence, such as Equipment damage, loss of electric bike charger, or lost/damaged bicycle parts not covered by insurance.


   5.3. The deposit is returned after the Equipment is returned in proper condition.

6. Liability


   6.1. The Client is fully responsible for the Equipment from receipt until return.


   6.2. In case of damage, loss, or theft, the Client must compensate the repair cost or full market value.


   6.3. The Rental Provider is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused during use.

7. Equipment Return


   7.1. Equipment must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition, considering normal wear.


   7.2. Late return may result in additional charges.


   7.3. Return of damaged Equipment is recorded during inspection.

8. Electric Bicycles (Additional)


   8.1. Batteries must be used and charged only according to instructions.


   8.2. Damage or misuse of batteries is compensated separately by the Client.

9. Rental Refusal


The Rental Provider reserves the right to refuse rental without explanation if there are doubts regarding safety or compliance with these Terms.

10. Data Protection


Personal data is processed solely for providing rental services in accordance with applicable law and GDPR.

11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
